highlight video to capture library question

I cant figure out how to get my saved highlight video clips to my capture library on the PS4. Some friends told me the saved race clips should be there automatically but they arent.

Any help would he appreciated.

The replays that are saved with the in game replay system is not video.

You would have to start the saved recording with the in game replay system and when it stops you would have to press the share button and save it like you was playing it as normal as the in game replay saves and replay system are only for the game (they ate not stored as a video file as how the share button works)

I suggest that if you want to have the recording in your capture library then after the race press the share button and square to save it (but it will only save 15 minutes).
