Bought PS4 Limited Edition, Can't Activate DLC in US

As the title says, I bought the limited edition of the game for my PS4. The game itself runs fine but I cannot activate any of the DLC that the game came with. I went to the dlc-projectcars.com website and US wasn't even an option on the drop-down list. I picked UK hoping it would work, however I just got a region locked error when attempting to redeem that code.

Anyone know a solution to this?

TLR; How do I activate LE DLC in the US?

I can not use my preorder DLC code too because my psn account is not in the correct zone.

That was the first thing I tried, it didn't work. After looking around some more I got directed to the dlc-projectcars.com page, that didn't work either.
