Everything is flickering in FullScreen mode

Hi,

i have a problem with the fullscreen mode in projectcars. I am using a 1080 Display but when i play in 1080 Fullscreen mode everything is flickering. starting from the logos, intros, menues, gameplay...
When i use windowed mode everything is fine.
Can you tell me if this problem is known?

I am using a laptop with a GT740M on Win8.1. All drivers seem to be up to date.
Maybe for info: I can choose between 1920x1080x59hz and 1920x1080x50hz... Shouldnt there be a 60hz option?!

This is really annoying. Please help me.

hmmm a 730m is a pretty weak GPU. It scores well below the rating of the minimum listed for the game so I am a bit surprised that it works at all.

Minimum requirements for the game state

GRAPHICS - nVidia GTX 260

A GTX 260 scores 1,115 on the passmark charts
The 730M scores 840 on that same chart

Higher is better of course so not surprising that card is struggling with the display

The card I am using scores 3,690 and the card a lot of people are using scores over 8,000

Sorry I just reread and see it is a 740M not sure where I got 730 from? Maybe the edit

I do not see the 740 listed on the charts but I do see the 750m and of course the 730M the 750M scores 1,375 so the 740m would likely be somewhere between the 730m at 840 and the 750m at 1,375 so it may be right at the minimum requirement for the game.

I Know the Card is Not that fast But i dont get Why IT Works in "fullscreen Window" Mode without Any Problems But It is flickering in Full Screen Mode. I would guess is has something to Do with the 59hz. I was looking around the Web and there Are Simular Problem with some gta5 Games.
But i dont Know solution to the Problem with pcars

I solved the problem: You need to go to the control panel and change the refreshing rate of your external display. Mine was on 60hz. i changed it to 59hz and now it works just fine!

I have the same issue but this fix didnt work for me, Im running an Alienware M17 GTX770m and I7-4700MQ @ 2.4ghz, the game is fine using the built in display but flickers on my Samsung SA950 23" LED monitor

Let me tell you one more thing if you are facing these issues before buying a laptop just go for its laptop rental version. So that you may check all the specification that is suit for you are not .
