Bought the game... can't activate it

So I bought the physical copy of the game since I've got a poor connection and when I removed the sticker that hides the key code to active the game this is what happened:

WTF! Are you kidding me? Who can I contact about getting a new key because I sure as hell won't pay for the damn game TWICE.

Can you stick it back on, maybe with clear glue. Than scratch it off as your supposed to? Other wise try and trade it for a new one from where you bought it.

You should be still be able to scratch it off though as the numbers will still be there.
