    PC League Index

I don't know about anyone else, but I just can't keep track of which group meetups or leagues are out there or what day of the week and time they happen. I'm hoping this thread become a one-stop shop for those looking to join a group or league by listing them out by the day and time they get together. It can also be used as a tool for league organizers to set up their league in a time slot not being used by another group to help maximize participation. But to do that I need to gather league and group meeting times and information first.

What I need from each group or league leader is a set of information so I can get it organized all neat and tidy. Please send this information by either posting in this thread, sending me a PM, or by sending me a message on steam (link to profile in sig) and I'll get this OP updated. PM plus posting in this thread is the most reliable method to get me this information. This thread will be updated with new info by 5AM GMT The day after I receive it, and if it's not up by then I either haven't had internet access, I'm dead, or I didn't get the info.

I'll be sorting by day of the week first, Sunday-Saturday, and then ordering by start time, Midnight to 11:59PM. All times and dates will be adjusted to GMT prior to posting in the OP, and I will assume all times given to me are in GMT unless otherwise stated. I recomend using this website http://localtimes.info/difference/ for your timezone changing needs.

From each group/league Organizer I need:

    • Name of Organization
    • Link to Website
    • Link to Forum Post
    • Link to Steam Group
    • League or Friendly Get-Together
    • Registration Required
    • Location of Host, dedicated or not
    • Expected Location of Drivers
    • Day of Week
    • Expected Time the Lobby Opens, in GMT please
    • Expected Time the Race Starts, in GMT please
    • Car Class
    • Expected Race Length (If it's a multi race session include number of races and expected length of each race)
    • Other Info you think I need to know but forgot to request
    • Brief Message (Max of 140 Characters, please, but I wont cut you off if you go longer)

Which will be turned into something that looks like the examples below. If a single group has multiple leagues and casual/friendly get-together nights I will treat them as individual events, so please send the information needed to do so. Anything not given will be left blank, and it's hard for people to decide to join your race when they don't know what they need to know.

Reminder: All times are adjusted to GMT; Each day starts at Midnight and ends at 11:59PM. As an example, this means an event hosted Tuesdays at 7PM EST will show up on this list as an event hosted Wednesdays at Midnight GMT.

So this must be a good idea if it gets a sticky before any usable information gets added. The sticky will absolutely help with visibility in getting this information and making it accessible to all, so thank you for that. I just sent a PM to every thread creator for each group/league on the first page of the Multiplayer Event Planning section, so hopefully I'll get something to update the OP with shortly.

Please spread the word about this thread to any and all group/league Organizers out there. Lets make this as comprehensive a list as we can make it.

Thanks, I'll get the OP updated when I get to a computer later tonight. On a phone now, just wanted to acknowledge these last posts.

    Keep em coming!

Edit: Also, I want to make it clear that this isn't for organized leagues only. If you are part of a group that has a weekly get together of random races and want more people to attend regularly, send me your info! The only requirement I have to be included is that your group has a set time every week they get together to race. No website, steam group, or even forum post is necessary. Use a password? No problem, just include details on how to get the password (this would also be where preregistration comes into play).

Edit2: And OP updated. If anything is not correct let me know

AOD is much more than just a league, we are a multi-game clan that has a Project Cars division within it. We in that division structure and operate the league racing.

So did a little digging on AOD regarding what class you guys run on what night, and also the time since 7AM seemed too early for a US-centric group, and I think I've got everything straight. If the information in the OP is not correct let me know and I'll get it updated
