Bug when in garage and try to adjust some cars

The game has a bug when is garage and you try to adjust some car (I did the inicial setup on Mercedes A45 AMG, but when I try to modify or create a new one, there is a bug).

The game doesn't respond, so I have to CTRL ALT DEL to shutdown.

For some cars (a small part) I can setup and modify without problems.

I've got the same problem but on ps4 always crashes when i try to tune the longtail
