    Fanatec Newbie

    Hi guys
I've just bought this on eBay to hopefully replace my Logitech G27.

    http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...obalID=EBAY-GB

I've never owned anything other than Logitech and I am need a set of pedals but have no clue
What to buy. There are a couple of sets on eBay but they both look like they've got a different
connector compared the the back of the wheel unit.

Do I need an adaptor or will they not work at all?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
    Regards
    Mark

I have got a standard non load cell set of Fanatec CSR pedals which i used for about 2 weeks before i bought the elite version.

The standard pedals are boxed in the loft... Say 35 for the standard pedals if you are interested? I am in brum or i will post for the cost of the p & p... Please note if you want them i am off to Spa for the GP this Thursday and will be away for a week.... Yippee!

I may take you up on that. I might be able to collect as I work in Banbury which isn't too far from Birmingham if you are able to meet me.
Will they plug straight in to my wheel?

Get the Elite pedals dude, they are worth the extra coin.

I used to have a set before I switched to Clubsport V2s

As for connections, if they include all the cables you should have no trouble connecting those pedals direct to the wheel base or via USB to the PC.

Oh I see. So the pedals don't have to connect via the wheel as my Logitech does.
They simply connect straight to the pic USB port.
Have I finally got it? Lol.

You can connect them to the wheel or the PC(via USB). I would connect them to the PC personally.
