Wanted: UK/EU clean racers, 9pm onwards, mainly GT-class 8-lap races, friendly banter

We are a group of five (Edit: now eleven - woohoo! Edit 2: now, erm, more than eleven - woooooo!)) UK, EU, and Sith Iffikka-based PS4 racers (and one goat pervert) in our 30s and 40s who race most nights of the week for a few hours from around 9pm GMT. We race in most classes (real assists) in dry (edit: or wet!) weather with 15min qualifying and 8-lap (edit: 10-lap) races. Sometimes (edit: always)(edit: not always) with pit stops. Sessions are not as serious as in organised leagues but we do try to race fairly, so positions gained through mistakes that cause offs/crashes are immediately conceded back. We are all miked up and banter is friendly, sarcastic and filthy. English language speakers would be preferred. We play for competitive fun and have a mix of skills and speeds. Hurling profanities at your rivals and utilising psychological mind-games to gain an advantage is encouraged.

We have been opening our lobbies to the public to populate the grid but are now all totally fed up with almost every race being spoiled by random idiots who smash and bash their way around the track, or who deliberately try to spoil races. Our goal is to get enough like-minded souls on our friends lists so that we have enough sensible, mature and considerate racers to fill all sixteen grid positions so that the lobby can be kept private to keep the griefers out.

Communication is not only important for weather and pit stop info, it's also common courtesy to apologise for any accidents caused and for conceding places back, for letting other players know your track position and/or penalty status for safer/cleaner racing, for suggesting cars and tracks... and just for general contribution to the banter. How the fuck can you make goat jokes without a mic..?
