Incorrect download icons in PS4 'Download' list

I'm on PS4 and I've downloaded and installed all livery packs and car DLC and I'm loving every single one, awesome job There''s just some weird things happening in my 'Downloads' folder though. The first is when I downloaded and installed the Free Car #4, the icon for it appeared the same as the Free Car #3, the Ruf RT 12R, it just said Free Car #4 in my download list. The second thing was the Livery Pack #3, which after I downloaded it, the icon was the same as the Livery Pack #2. And the final thing was the Aston Martin Track/Car expansion. After I downloaded IT, the icon was the same as the Audi Ruapuna Park Track Expansion. I've tried re-downloading and installing these, but the icons appear the same every time. Is there another way to fix this or could you just release a small patch or something to fix it?

Do you think I'd be better contacting Sony Support for help with this issue?

did you download multiple games at one time? i had a couple icons that were incorrect for that reason and i held the power button (on console) down for like 7-8 seconds or so to get into safe mode and let it rebuild the database. fixed my icons.


edit: after fully reading your post (apologies) it doesn't sound like the same thing, but rebuilding your database won't hurt and it's worth trying.
