Oh wow, this thread is giving me an idea to start a DIY project, but first I need to figure out what it is.

For the moment, I need to focus on installing the car parts and accessories that I bought from 4wheelonline before I start with a new build.

    NZXT H200i front.
I like the look of front fans. So I keep the cover off.
Decided to make a different front that was more clean.
Just plexi glass covered in black vinyl with a fake wood gain.
Not sure about the stripes. They might not survive.

Had to make a small box at the top to cover the wires from the front panel buttons etc.

    Everything is attached with magnets.

No dust filter for now but Iíll figure that out later.

I do like branding. And I've made lots of decals and things for my rig to show various brands. But I'm not a fan when it's just too repetitive.
The bold white SPARCO stitching on my seat is nice, but just a bit too much. It's on there in about 4 different places. When you add some seat-belts (also with Sparco branding) it gets a bit too much (for me). Livery is a different thing, I've seen some great rigs with designs around particular livery and those are great (just not for me right now)

So, I've painted some of the seat branding (bright white stitching) with black fabric paint. Quite happy with it and it looks like it will work ok. Still there, but more subtle just when walking by.
This particular paint requires a bit of heat to set the dye, which I've done by just passing a heat gun over it for a few minutes.
We'll see over time if it comes off or not. But I'm optimistic.

(This is the piece of the seat cushion that sits under your thighs, FYI. If it holds up, I'll paint a couple more spots as well, maybe keeping one of them still in the bright white stitching)
