I can´t add any liveries.. After i click on Assign liveries it always crashes no matter what car i want to edit... Any suggestions ? Thanks

For some reason the pCars_Custom_Liveries.Ink shortcut won't run. What am I doing wrong?
in the tool i select a car at the left side, i select the folder with a unpacked livery i downloaded here, and the tool shows nothing. what am I doing wrong?
Does it work only on 64bits? I´ve unzipped custom liveries files into PCars folder and when I start the program I get the message: The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b) Could anyone help me? Thank you!
