Sup' everybody, first of all I'd like to apologize for my english as it's not my mother language.
So, my issue is that, when I launch the game, It starts, I can hear the sound of the intro, but I can't see the game, No matter if I use alt+tab or whatever.
I'm playing on PC (Steam) with a G27 wheel, I7 4790K, GTX 970, Mboard Gigabyte Z97X 3Gaming
Never had this issue before

If you use the Logitech Profiler software, start it up before starting Project Cars, ( even if you have it ticked to start with Windows) and work the pedals. Sometimes the profiler takes focus away from pCars on startup.
