Hi,

I was just wondering whether anyone has any information about the Mclaren e-sports competition. I've read on a couple of websites that Project Cars will be one of the titles involved with this but the actual detail seems to be a bit sketchy atm. Can anyone confirm this or provide anymore info about it?

Slightly Mad Studios is not directly involved with McLaren's "World's Fastest Gamer" competition.

There is a possibility that some of the top Project CARS esports teams/drivers may be invited by McLaren and the competition organisers to take part in the contest. However, the Project CARS game is not being used in the qualifying rounds. Anyone from our community that gets invited to take part will be contacted directly by McLaren.

There is some information about confirmed qualifying rounds on McLaren's website.
