For a dedicated wet setup, I'd increase cold/setup tyre pressure significantly. You'll get tyres at ~90°c at race start which will quickly fall away to 30-45°c and a corresponding drop in pressure - which may leave your tyres very under-inflated.
Softer suspension, less brake pressure, less camber, increased ride height all help.
Boost or engine tune adjustments might help tame the power in some cars without adversely affecting lap times.
