RS Dash (pCars Dash successor) - companion telemetry app

On the transmitter program itself, there is a 'gear wheel' icon.
Click that and pick the option to start transmitting as soon as it starts.

Then try dragging a shortcut to the transmitter to the windows 10 startup folder here
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

That should then force the transmitter to run and start as soon as you log in to windows, but if you have a different user log in it won't autostart.
Disclaimer: I haven't tried this as I've only used it to fix the problem I was having (see above) and no longer have it installed.

UPDATE: After being curious, I re-installed and tried it....It works. You MUST manually configure it and start it manually at least once by clicking on the PC2 option, entering the IP address, click the gear wheel an selecting the 'auto start' option (close) then clicking Start Transmitter.

Once you've done that and copied the shortcut as above it will start when Windows does. You will get the app appear on the screen like you would if done manually

I created batch files for my racing games. These start my headtracker, CrewChief, Simhub, RS-Transmitter (if needed) and the game I want to play.

tried RS-Dash with Automobilista 2 and it partly works in pCARS2 mode.
Also statistics can be viewed in RS Cloud.
I hope pocketplayground will release a real AMS2 version soon

Sorry I haven't been active on here for a while, for whatever reason the forum just isn't sending me notifications of new messages on here anymore (checked all the settings i could find, notifications for this thread are set to instant). I've been that busy between normal work and trying to get the new pro analysis tools done for RS Dash that I hadn't even thought of checking in recently. The app has had all the code ready to go for the PC2 protocol for a while now, but unfortunately there is one particular bug in it that currently makes it unusable for RS Dash (basically there is some telemetry data that isn't coming through correctly from the game which is critical for the cloud synchronisation to work). If it ever gets fixed then we are good to go with the interface, but as far as i know the issue is still outstanding.

Unfortunately not at this time. There was very little demand for the original AMS interface I added, so AMS2 is not a high priority given the large workload of new development I currently have in backlog.

Much of the PC2 app works on AMS2 but obviously things like maps don't appear.
