    Question I want to recreate this in 4K - but I don't remember the weather settings.. Help!

    i assume it's a winter season, sun rise, clear condition.

    i had the same fog "wintery" effect with this conditions on SPA.
    49" 4K TV / HDR10. Logitech G29. PS4 Pro.

    Yes! Here's the settings I used:

    Track: Barcelona-Catalunya GP
    Session Start Time: 07:00
    Time progression 5x
    Season: Winter
    Weather: Clear
