I created their own folder and was able to get them to display on the Custom Grid Tool, but I am unable to get them to actually show in game. I figure I do not have the correct coding in the rcf files, but I honestly don't know what exactly I need to change in the rcf files to get them to show in game. Any help would be very much appreciated!
Thanks for pointing this out. The /Vehicles/vehiclelist.lst defines what cars get loaded from what directories, so the new folders will not be loaded unless added to that list. However, there are a bunch of relative paths within the car files that will break when the directory is changed, so simply adding the new folders to the vehicle list isn't enough either. Not entirely sure this can be done without unpacking the Ligier pakfiles, but I can probably code around it for the tool (scan for multiple .crds per folder). In the meantime, if you do what you did with the new folders, edit the files with the tool, then manually copy the _honda and _judd files back into to the original /vehicles/ligier_jsp2 directory, it should work.

Hm, this appears to be the same issue as what Tar Heel pointed out with the Ligier, there are multiple cars within the same directory. I'll look into tweaking the tool to scan each directory for multiple cars.

The game did not like the new folders and wouldn't display the cars. They simply disappeared haha. I'll try and tinker with it a little more, but I broke everything last night and like I said a lot of this stuff is out of my skill set.

The GTO Nissan 300 ZX suffers from this issue as well. I may look to see what other vehicles suffer from this and help point those out for you.

Looks like the Porsche 935/77 is also missing as it's located in the same folder as the 935/80

I think I have this problem sorted, no need for anyone to go hunting for cars. Need to test the new version for a little before releasing, but won't be too long.

Its not working for me. Tried running WEC grid cars choosing only real liveries and none of the other P1 cars showed up and it selected random GTEs to replace the P1s.

Edit: Its picking the cars I want its just choosing from all liveries available for those cars. So fantasy liveries are showing up rather than all the liveries I want.

Can you screenshot an example of this behavior so I can take a look?

And are you leaving the tool running after you've assigned the grid?

Yeah I can try, but basically if I pick the real Liveries from the GTE cars (Gulf Astons, Compuware Vettes, etc) it still chooses from all of the liveries available for that car regardless of which one I set or how many then assigned to the grid.

Yes I am leaving the tool running.
