Angry Logitech G920 causing the game to crash

Has anyone else had an issue with the game crashing within a 30-40 seconds of starting, or if you manage to start any kind or practice, time trial or race, as soon as you turn the wheel, or press any of the pedals, it crashes the game? This game worked absolutely fine before the latest update (apart from the clipping which the tweeker files sorted out)

I've even gone as far as, removing the game and reinstalling, fresh install of windows.

GPU driver is up to date. Windows too.
Checked the integrity of the files on steam.
    Used the logitech wheel cleaner.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting fed up with this game AND this wheel!!!

    Windows 10 PRO

    MSI Gaming 7 motherboard
    32GB of corsair RAM

So the game does not crash if you don't have your wheel connected/switched on?

No. If the wheel is disconnect from the PC, the game starts and runs fine.

G920 craches PC3 at start up

    Hi all,

sorry for resurrecting this old post, but was it ever fixed?

PC3 starts and runs fine until i plug in my G920, then it goes to the loading screen and crashes to the desktop every time, all my other driving games work fine.

    Win 10 pro
    AMD 3700x
    1080i
    32gb ram

latest, firmware and Logitech drivers, latest Nvidia drivers, not sure what else i can do?

    cheers
