My gaming laptop can no longer keep up with the needs for Project Cars 2. Won't be playing until I get a new gaming PC.

Got a new gaming PC and the game seems to be working now. Will be playing more and tuning as I play.

Wow. Thank you. I was just debating whether there are still enough people still playing this game to warrant finishing my tuning guide. I won't proclaim to be the fastest racer, but I do like to make cars more comfortable to drive fast. Something that Project Cars really got right is that if a car has a bad habit, you cannot fully tune it out, no matter how much you try to game it. The Clio for example is a terrible driving car - crazy amount of oversteer from apex to exit. I was using it last night and was able to get it to behave really well to dive quickly and aggressively to apex and be much more behaved on exit.
I started the game over with the new PC. Was thinking about laying out the tuning approach rather than focus on tuning as many cars as possible. Just as I play, take notes on where the car started and the changes I made to make them more fun to drive???

The Clio is a terrible car in PCARS2? For me it's one of the top 3 in the game! And it's one of the very favorite cars among clubs for their league racing.
The off throttle oversteer is as designed, to counter the inherent understeer such FWD cars have.
I spent some time tuning it. Way more fun to drive now. Still has Clio tendencies, but can be driven pretty hard now.

Looking forward to seeing the clio tune. Been doing a lot of stability tunes myself in Career and started clio again last night and was astounded by the steering. It seems to swing left or right instead of turning precisely unless you are really gentle. Feels like a rally car on dirt at Brands for example. I was going to work today on off throttle diff but if you've already fixed the issue I'd be glad to see it and save some time!
