This race is too difficult, Heavy rain, deep puddles, AI driving perfectly straight through them while if i touch the throttle i spin out. Even setting AI to 0 in the settings, i can get 18 seconds ahead by the end of lap 1, but then the heaviest rain comes and the ai catches up because i cannot accelerate without getting fired off into a barrier.
How do i setup the car for this, how do i not keep getting fired off by the puddles.
Any idea how this was resolved? I am also facing the same issue.
Maxing out the ride height and tire pressures to clear the puddles got me through this race, though it was still frustrating how easily the ai dealt with the conditions.

I have the same problem. It is impossible to keep the car on the track from the second lap.

Finally, I managed to cross the puddles by inflating the tires, softening the springs, and raising the car. As it was still very tricky I added for the first time driving aids to pass this stage.
