Well I got my new TX wheel last week and haven't gotten a single problem, aside from fine tuning the FFB to my taste.
Did you update the wheel firmware before playing it?
Also did you mean to post in the Xbox section, as it says PC under your avatar.

Volume of 20 and effects at 50 looks like a terrible setup. Maybe ask for advice on ffb settings before complaining. Fx < 20, volume >50 and tone <= 20 imo. Raw isnt bad but I prefer informative for a better feel of understeer and loss of grip. Different wheel though, also patch 1.3 today may make a big difference.
