Modifying VR Mirror FOV Angle

I mirror my VR view to my computer screen so my friends can watch while we take turns racing in VR. There used to be a way to adjust the mirror's FOV, but now it seems to be locked to 110 degrees no matter what I set the cockpit or helmet camera to. Is there any way to restore this capability?

I'd like the ability to adjust this too. Closing distances are sometimes difficult to judge compared to Look Back or even the wing mirrors.

Appreciate the support, but I wasn't talking about the mirror that you see while in the car. I setup a TV where my friends watch from outside VR, but the FOV is too wide on the TV where the VR content is mirrored to.
