Project cars 2 won't go past settings

Hi,I am having trouble getting into the game.I go to settings and the lb and rb tabs do not move.I have an X box 1 S.I would be grateful for some assistance.IAN

Did the game fully install?

I recommend letting all games fully install before you try to get on them.

Hi,just fully installed project cars 2 and issue seems to have been resolved.Thanks for the advice as a relative beginner and will let games fully install before launching.Thanks for all the help.IAN
