Literally all that info is available. 6 countries on launch, all completely new - Argentina, Poland, USA, Spain, New Zealand, Australia. Each will have a similar number of stages as DR1, although Argentina's are fairly short the other ones are all made up of a couple of 10-16km stages split up and run in both directions.Originally Posted by Cladandadum

3 more rallies will be added as DLC about two months after launch. Expect these to be repeats of locations from the first game, with new textures, models and the new stage degredation stuff. We'll find out for sure tomorrow. Expect DLC2 to be RX only (which is quite a consumer-friendly way to go about it IMO).
