For 3 days now, in all the lobby races in.
at begin of a race they jump start and rams everyone , and they stay at the first lap and destroy everyone who try to overtake, over and over and over.

I had a few issues with those types while I was working up the safety-rating scale. I noted the screen names of the @$$holes and simply bailed on any room if/when they joined.
Once you move to the higher safety-rated rooms, rammers become a very rare occurrence.

You can also avoid these rammers by joining a league... Many of them do casual races so you're not obligated to commit to the league races...

If you can dedicate the time to a league then that is by far the best way! sadly i cant so i just join lobbies and expect the rammers.. best tip is to take it slow from the start let the rammers get on with it and drive around the carnage while you build your rating up - then only join the higher rated lobbies.
