Tachometer/Gauges on PS4

HI ALL,

Fairly new to this forum. Only reason i created an account was because i have been following this user who managed to create a fully functional Dash board for his PS4 with a working Tachometer. I have reached out to the User on this Forum ( cyclicscooby ). They mentioned they would possibly be producing them. This was a while back and since then the thread died. Heres the users youtube channel/ video of the concept fully working. He mentions using a teensy that has been coded to receive UDP data to make the Tachometer work. Does anyone have any information on getting a fully functional tachometer on PS4. I would be willing to pay to have one made or proper instructions on how to make one. Thank you all for your time.
