Suspension Tuning

Hello

I am requesting help on how to tune suspension because I literally have no clue on what numbers i should put on. I understand the basics of what changing the numbers do for each different thing but i still have no clue whatsoever.
Anyone wanting to help me out or nah? any help would be greatly appreciated :)
