I do not really need dev to answer, it would be just nice to have intern, assistant, PR specialist, someone from marketing, or even someone from the broad team who plays PC3 and simply knows an answer or can ask a colleague at work during tea break and post an answer here. In the end this is FAQ thread and it was not my idea to start it.
If all the answers there would be like "devs are too busy", "SMS never really checked forum", "If it works that way (broken) then for sure devs wanted it that way - get used to it", then I would suggest this thread should be closed and limited only to first post.
From my perspective only single Konan, representing SMS in a way, seems to be interested in this forum. No offense Konan, but that is quite not much.
The thread was created by a moderator, and never was there a mention of devs/staff answering these questions.
As for us moderators, if we haven't got the answers, we can't answer them either...

When PC1 and PC2 hit the scene, there was a more consistent feedback loop between the forum moderators and the development team. There were also WMD members who were assisting with various patch testing as well. Unfortunately, for reasons we don't have access to as consumers, the same model has not been followed for PC3. The best we, consumers, are able to do is to report an issue and 'assume' the developers have made decisions on their end. We are not going to get direct feedback on the reports.
To be fair, most software companies work this way. Yes, some of the smaller game development studios are more interactive and it would be nice if all development studios were like that as well. However, the world we are in today is not like that so we just have to do our part and report what we see. That's all we can control.

I'm delighted to be corrected, but the races, as I understand it, will grow in length over time, so they'll start short and go larger.
However, that may have been a dream, so don't take my word for it.
