Ranking reset
Hello when i was playing on 11/27/2020 i noticed my safety rating was reset the day before i was E1521 73% to D but then the next day I was U1521 0% to F. I also saw that all the multiplayer lobby’s had a minimum safety rating of U0 which i had never seen before. I am desperate for an answer for why this happened because i really like Project Cars 2 and I don’t know if i can continue playing with my safety rating gone which i worked so hard for.
Apparently they are working on the problem, I was an S licence before, hopefully they will fix it and sort out all the other problems with the game too.
Do you know by when they will fix it by and will any races we do now(while the ranking is down) affect our ranking after it is fixed? I raced some very bad races these past couple of days everyone just crashes into T1 because ranking is down and there are no consequences and I do have to say I did get mad at one person and did get into a shove battle with him ending up with me earning some penalties. Therefore, I hope these do not affect my ranking because it will be going down a lot.

Anyone heard any more on this or managed to fix it? My ranking is still U, and time trial and community are still blacked out. I tried reinstalling the game but it didn't work, and I emailed SMS but got referred to the forum.
Same thing with me I emailed support was told to post on this forum which I did

So guys, please set back my best online ranking, once it was deleted further becuse the same problem, but i dont wanna fight back myself for higher ranking...

You just have to give it some time there is nothing you can do you just have to waitAnd what is the e-mail of support?
