When downloading custom liveries from the Show-Off-Your-Custom-Paints-Here thread, some people release the download link as a zip file, the easy one to use, but others will only release the .rar file. I need the dds file to actually install the livery into the game. Does anybody know how to get the dds files from the .rar files?
You can use Winrar or 7zip

.RAR files are just a compressed files like .ZIP. You just need to expand the compressed file to get the files for installation.
