Deluxe contains the season pass iirc so you should get all DLC.

Well I don't know where they get the 'unsupported on Steam Deck' from, I've put about three hours into it and it's brilliant on the Deck as far as I can see. I think it is perfectly suited to the small screen, handheld form factor and it runs great. Handling is sufficiently based in reality but very forgiving and graphics are excellent with smooth framerates. The overall more fun feel to the racing works well on the Deck, so it comes highly recommended from me as a Steam Deck title.

It seems like it's because multiplayer doesn't work.

Ah that would make sense, I never bother much with multiplayer with any games, it's always too full of the general public
