I can not upload custom car liveries

Hello there, this is to the moderators for car paintings and designs.
I cannot either upload pictures and not even *.dds files because of restricted user privileges.
Even sending messages is not allowed for me.

Please help me anyone of you for this thing,

Thats because you only have 4 posts in the forum (antispam procedure). From the fifth it will work for you.
