First they announce a new Nascar game, now this. The Nascar article on IGN mentioned 'other licences'.
Gonna wait and see how the Nascar one fares after it's released, (with the new systems they're adding, i'm hoping it does well) but if these 2 titles are a success, i'd love to see them do an official V8 Supercars game. It's been far too long since the last one. (the TOCA/DTM/V8 Supercar Racedriver series) I'm sure that would have decent global interest.

It also leads me to wonder who's currently holding the V8 Supercar licence, if anyone.

But not holding my breath, though..

I wonder if S397 will have any involvement with the Indycar game.

I really hoped that Motorsport Games/s397 would follow the path paved by Kunos and Milestones - the graphics of Unreal Engines with own physics. In my opinion, this is the best solution for today.

p/s/ By the way, BTCC release has not been announced yet

Apparently, they are basing their future games on the rFactor game engine

Are ACC's or MotoGP21's loading times good for you? It will be the same.

That depends on what causes rFactor(2) loading to be slow. If it's the physics part or the MAS-file(are they still called that?) decompression it might well be the same. And yes even on fast SSD's with a more than capable system it's still too slow for comfort :/
