I spent a very enjoyable hour or so in PC3 last night, running the indycar on hotlaps round Yas Marina circuit in VR. I usually have a trot round whatever circuit is being run during the F1 weekend to get a feel for each track, and I'd been running it in F1 2019,20 and 21, which was ok, but I fancied a VR run and the only one I could think of that had the track was PC3. I know it doesn't have the best reputation in VR, but on a hotlap I got steady 60fps, which was ok and the car handled very nicely. No F1 car in PC3 unfortunately, but the Indycar was a nice substitute.
I do think the changes made to the circuit this year will make it much more enjoyable to drive compared to the old version, but it was a lot of fun on the old version and the car handled well. Didn't bother with any AI, so it was fine.
