Fanatec CSL DD not recognised in PC2?

Hi,

I couldn't see a response to this specifically in search. I recently acquired a Fanatec CSL DD with a Clubsport 2.5 wheel after playing PC2 previously using a Logitech G29 with no problems (for years).

Has anyone been able to get the CSL DD to work with PC2? There's no option for this specific setup under the options and trying all the other Fanatec drive options don't work also. I can get it to (kind of) work by selecting a generic wheel but then you have no force feedback. My pedals are the Fanatec Clubsport V3 and similarly, I can't get these to be recognised by the game also.

Anyone have any joy with the CSL DD and PC2?

There should be an option on the CSL DD to switch to CSW 2.5 compatibiltiy mode. It's what DD1 and DD2 users do. Then set the game to CSW 2.5 wheel.

Power light should be yellow. Then PC2 sees it as a CSW-something.

Unfortunately this DO NOT work, for me.

In comp mode (CSW 2.5 or CSW 2) the game still doesn't feel any turning input.

It feel the whell, the buttons on the wheel, the paddles, but when I turn the wheel the game sees no imput at all: that means tha it doesn't see the DD base.
Obviously fi you try to remap the axis you fail beacuse the game do not register any turnig input, as well.

I don't know if there is a way to solve this via steam controller option or in some other way, but just turn the base in compatibility mode doesn't work for me.
(in PC mode the gam doesn't register any input at all from the base or the steering wheel).

Game totally and litterally unplayable, to me...

Ok... Just disabling the damned Steam Input in the steam controller did the trick! Everything seems fine, now... Damned Steam controller: it just mess up with every game!
