No grip with Group A BMW M3

I can't seem to get any grip on cold Tracks, since there's no soft compound available. Also i can't get anywhere near the AI-laptimes even though i lowered AI-strength already. Any tips?

I'm sure there's a wet compound you could try.
Otherwise drop the pressure and increase camber. If you can drive it hard enough with a little sliding I'm sure you can get some heat into them.
