Installing custom liveries

Hi, I've been looking to download this livery for a Nissan 240gz and the WinRAR file comes with not only the dds file but also:
cm_skin.json
ui_skin.json
livery.png
skin.ini
preview.jpg

And I was wondering if anyone else has had this in their liveries as simply putting in the dds file didn't work.

If I'm not mistaken that's Assetto Corsa, not Project Cars. At least in my experience with modding Assetto those names are very familiar.

If so, it's the metadata belonging to the skin you are trying to install(like the preview picture and other info). If it's not working it might be for the wrong Nissan 240 mod.

And of course if you are trying to install an Assetto livery in Project cars that won't work.
